The oasis has been implemented according to seven effective principles that decree the new administrative capital that accomplish a full conformity with the highest international standards for quality of life which are:

3. Walkable city: safe to go anywhere, network for walking areas and bicycle areas.
4. Welcoming to all income-levels and cultures: with modern energetic character everyone enjoys in work and life
5. Connected city: bracketed city with a transport networks. It helps with the integration and communication between neighborhoods.
6. Smart City: integrating multiple information and communication technology and Internet of Things solutions in a secure fashion to manage a city's assets toward the quality of life.
7. Serving the financial and business sector: Attracting investments that provide jobs revenues, and nationalist rewarding
تتوسط الواحة حديقة مركزية ومنطقة خدمات للحي السكني، وتمتد الحديقة المركزية للواحة حتى تتصل بالنهر الأخضر للمدينة دون تقاطع مع طرق السيارات، فالمواطن يمكنه الحركة من مكان سكنه حتى يصل للنهر الأخضر بأمان، وقد تم تخطيط وتصميم الواحة ومبانى الخدمات لتحقق السبعة مبادىء الحاكمة لتخطيط وتصميم المدينة، كما تشمل الواحة مبانى مثل مستشفى ومركز رعاية كبار السن، مكتبة مركزية، مركز ثقافى، مول، مبنى إدارى، مدارس بمفهوم جديد، مركز خدمة المواطنين (الشباك الواحد) مركز للشرطة والمطافى، المسجد والكنيسة، نادى إجتماعى،مركز تحكم للخدمات الذكية ، ومنطقة عمارات سكنية تجارية تطل على حديقة الواحة تشمل وتغطى كافة المساحات بدءا من المساحات الصغيرة (استوديوهات) للشباب وحتى الشقق بمساحات تصل الى 280 م2 كما تم تصميم شبكات الطرق وأماكن انتظار السيارات طبقا للمعايير العالمية، شبكات طرق الدراجات والمشاه والمتواصلة مع النهر الأخضر للمدينة، والمرافق والشبكات اللازمة لتكون كافة مبانى الخدمات ذكية وموفرة للطاقة باستخدام الطاقة الشمسية وشبكات تدوير المخلفات والمياه وغيرها.
The oasis’s intermediate a central park for the neighborhoods. The oasis’s central park is extended to disclose with the city’s green river without any juncture for the cars roads. Therefore the citizen can easily move from his own apartment to arrive safely at the green river. Likewise the oasis was implemented on the most effective seven principles that leads to a successful development for planning and designing a successful nourished city. Furthermore it is consisted of countless buildings like hospitals, elderly care centers, central library, cultural center, malls, administrative building, schools with upgraded new concept, citizens service center, police station, fire station, mosque and church, social family club, smart control center services, residential buildings and commercial area, near the oasis’s their exist a garden covering all the areas starting with the small areas for youth (studios), to massive areas as tremendous apartments which it’s space up to 280m2. Besides the road networks and parking’s were designed according to the international standards, still the cycling routes and the pedestrian networks are enduring with the city’s green river. As well as the necessary facilities and networks that leads all buildings and services become smart and energy saving. This will happen through the usage of solar energy and waste recycling systems, water and others.
